ABOUT THE BAKER
My name is Amy and I am a registered cottage food producer in MN. I live with my spouse, two children, and cockapoo dog in the Twin Cities metro area.
I have loved baking since I was young. In 2021, I thought I’d try my hand at making more involved cakes for my children’s birthdays and the rest is history. I fell in love with the baking and decorating processes and I love learning new techniques. Currently, I’m taking a course to learn floral buttercream techniques, but I also enjoy making simple or themed cakes and cupcakes as well. More recently, I have enjoyed making cake pops, but cakes remain my true passion.
I absolutely love working with my clients to design custom cakes that will add that special touch to any event or occasion!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Inquire
Peruse the menu and pricing as a starting point. If you have any general questions or are interested in a quote please click on any of the INQUIRE buttons. Orders of 24 servings or less should be placed at least two weeks prior to event date and orders of more than 24 servings should be placed at least 4 weeks prior to event date.
Initial Communication
After you have initiated contact, I will get back to you within 48 hours either with answers to your questions, a quote, or with follow-up questions to ensure I really understand your vision. I am happy to answer any questions you might have and even meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your event. After sufficient details have been communicated and discussed, I will send a quote within 24 hours.
Order
To place an order, a non-refundable payment of 35% of the final quote is required up front to reserve the date. At this time we will determine the details of delivery. You may choose to pick up your order in Lino Lakes, MN or I can deliver the order for a fee, detailed below.

Check-In
Three days before your event, I will send a confirmation message reviewing the delivery details agreed upon at the time of order placement. I will also include information on proper handling of your order after it is received.
Day of Event
At the time the order is transferred into your care, payment of the remaining 65% of the final quote is required.
Feedback
A couple of days after your event, I may check back in with you to ensure you were satisfied with your order.
