Can I make changes to my order after the order is placed?

This is not preferred, but I understand that circumstances can change. Any changes you wish to make after the order is placed are not guaranteed, but feel free to ask and I will happily accommodate you if I am able. It often depends on the type of change you are requesting and how far in advance you are requesting the change.

When is payment due?

At the time the order is placed, 35% of your final quote is due. The remaining 65% is due at the time of pick-up or delivery.

What allergies can be accommodated?

Gluten-free options are currently offered, but the kitchen is not exclusively GF and cross-contamination may occur. Other options (such as dairy-free and egg-free) may be offered in the future.

How should I store my baked goods after pick-up?

Your cake, cupcakes, and cake pops should be stored in the refrigerator and removed 1-2 hours prior to serving.

How far ahead of my event date should I place my order?

All orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance, and larger orders consisting of more than 24 cupcakes or cake pops or tiered cakes should be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance.
